Design-led matcha carts for brand activations, offices, weddings, baby showers and birthdays. We work venues across Sydney and NSW, including ICC Sydney and Darling Harbour.
All costs include GST.
Every package above is a standard package. Each matcha is hand-whisked to order, our ceremonial style, so cup counts reflect what we can serve beautifully in the time, not a machine's throughput. On our largest packages some matcha is prepared just ahead of service to keep up, always fresh.
Iced strawberry matcha available on any package. +$2 per cup, made with real strawberry compote, not jam.
Need more time on the day? An extra service hour is $55/hour with one barista, $110/hour with two.
All prices include 10% GST. Weekend bookings incur a 10% surcharge and public holiday bookings 15%. Delivery is $50–$300 depending on distance from our Waterloo depot, quoted upfront.
Quoted on application. We size the cart count, barista team and menu to your run sheet and guest numbers rather than forcing a fixed package. Matcha and coffee carts can run side by side. Every quote confirms the cup cap and overage terms in writing, upfront.
